Quick Sale Buttons Overview
Overview
The Quick Sale buttons, also known as Hot Keys, Quick Keys, Quick-Sale keys or the Quick Sale menu, are keypad shortcuts for selecting popular items in the Sales and F&B screens. You can customize which products will appear as Quick Sale buttons (QSB), so that placing orders becomes easy and efficient. The color, background image, and the buttons can be customized. Every terminal can have their own unique buttons, but you can also copy them to other terminals once you create the Quick Sale buttons in POS Express, including your iPad running CPS Air. And so, there are different screens for the QSB to display and different methods for creating:
The new Quick Sale Button process for the 3.100 release in CPS Air on the iPad
In the 3.100 release, the Quick Sale buttons (QSB) set up has been revamped completely. No longer do you copy your pre-made buttons from the Quick Sale Button Setup of the CPS Sales Options, but you create them from Online Options for different profiles. In this way, you can deploy your QSB quicker and for different situations based on the profiles you create.

Quick Sale Buttons in Sales module of POS Express
The QSB for the Sales module are created in Options | Sales Options | Quick Sales Button Setup of POS Express. You can create them for the terminal that you are working on currently or you could copy them from another terminal to the current terminal.

Quick Sale Buttons in F&B module of POS Express
The QSB for the F&B module are created in the F&B module | Settings | Quick Sales Button Setup of POS Express. You can create them for the terminal that you are working on currently or you could copy them from another terminal to the current terminal.

Quick Sale Buttons in CPS Air on the iPad prior to the 3.100 release
The CPS Air QSB must be created in Options of POS Express then copied because you cannot create them in the CPS Air app. If you want to copy buttons to the iPad, you will be copying the first page of your Sales screen, not the F&B buttons or any other pages of your POS Sales screen. Plan accordingly!
